Drafting Services Breakdown

Transparent Pricing

We pride ourselves on competitive and straightforward pricing, calculated as a percentage of your project's value:

• Projects up to $50,000 – we charge 3%, On averaging you pay around $800 - $1,400.

• Projects between $100K and $500K – we charge 2.8%, on averaging you pay around $4K - $6K.

• Projects exceeding $1 million – we charge 2.5%, on averaging you pay around averaging $10K and UP!

For 3D detailing services specific to mechanical rooms or steam systems, an additional fee of $1,000 to $2,000 applies.

What We Need From You

To get started and ensure a smooth drafting process, we’ll need the following materials from your end:

1. Mechanical PDFs: Complete sets of mechanical drawings provided by the architect and engineer for the project.

2. CAD Files: CAD files from Sheet Metal for HVAC designs and as well as if possible but not necessary other trades, such as sprinkler systems.

3. HVAC Equipment and material Details: PDF cut sheets or specifications for all HVAC equipment and material.

Providing these documents upfront will help not lose time so we can deliver accurate, detailed, and field-ready drawings efficiently.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges. Our team is committed 24/7 to completing your project and ensuring all drawings are approved by the architect and mechanical engineering team.

As-Built (ASB) drawings are include as part of the package.

• On-site surveys are not included in our services.

• We prefer email communication to maintain accurate records, provide easy reference, and save time for both parties.
